1. One-Time Listing Fee

Companies that choose to list their brand on Influencico are required to pay a one-time, non-recurring listing fee. This fee grants lifetime visibility on the platform and access to unlimited influencer proposals.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of payment. If you are not satisfied or made a payment in error, you may request a refund within this period.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [insert email] within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of listing status or usage.

3. No Refunds After 24 Hours

Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate visibility benefits, no refunds will be issued after the 24-hour window, under any circumstances.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will be considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and take further action to recover funds.
