Companies may list their brand on Influencico by paying a one-time listing fee. This fee provides lifetime visibility on the platform but does not guarantee influencer collaborations or specific outcomes.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

5. No Guarantees or Endorsements

Influencico does not:

• Guarantee the quality, conduct, or performance of any influencer or company.

• Endorse or verify any campaigns, claims, or promotions shared by users.

• Participate in negotiations, payments, or contract terms between users.

All collaborations are arranged independently between the involved parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influencico:

• Is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from use of the platform or reliance on content, connections, or communications made through it.

• Disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform without notice if users violate these terms or misuse the platform.
